Nova-Iroko Private Residance

For this private residence, Novathermowood Iroko was specified to create a cohesive, high-performance exterior surface. The project brings together a complementary combination of façade cladding, sun breaker, and decking applications — achieving both aesthetic unity and enhanced durability and comfort.

Working in close collaboration with Adis Arcon throughout the project, we ensured that design intent, material selection, and application quality advanced in complete alignment. This approach resulted in a refined, consistent exterior aesthetic that fully reflects the homeowner's vision.

Novathermowood Iroko undergoes a thermal modification process to improve dimensional stability, strengthen resistance to weathering, and deliver lasting performance — making it an ideal choice for exterior applications. The warm, rich tones of Iroko lend the façade a natural elegance, while the sun breaker and decking elements provide practical shading, privacy, and a comfortable outdoor living environment.
