This project is led by CFG Architecture, in partnership with JSC, and showcases a shared commitment to design excellence and sustainability.

The Use of Nova-Tulipwood, one of Novawood’s premium thermally modified products, enhances the home’s architectural character with its refined grain, warm tones, and long-lasting performance. The cladding was carefully selected and profiled to complement the modern aesthetic envisioned by CFG Architecture, offering a seamless blend of natural beauty and contemporary design.
